Our fiber laser marking systems are used primarily to etch the dark paint on our illuminated panels, buttons, dials, silicone keypads, etc. We also commonly mark plastics such as acetal (Delrin), PEEK, and polycarbonate or metals such as aluminum and stainless steel.
Our lasers feature an XY motion system and a rotary attachment, so we can mark a flat area up to 15” x 12” and we can mark cylindrical parts.
Our lasers are capable of serialization and bar coding in 2D, data matrix, and QR formats with automatic code validation.
We can accept customer artworks in a variety of formats, including AI, CDR, DWG, DXF, DWG, EPS, and PDF.
Our holding fixtures are designed and built in-house, and we use CMM inspection to hold tight location tolerances.
