Prime Products specializes in silk screening on flat and cylindrical parts. We also offer one-color pad printing for surfaces that cannot be silk screened (i.e. surfaces that are curved, recessed, or heavily textured).
We can accept customer artworks in a variety of formats, including AI, CDR, DWG, DXF, DWG, EPS, and PDF. Our artwork films are printed on an ultra-high-resolution printer and our silk screens and cliches are developed in our dark room.
Our holding fixtures are designed and built in-house, and we use precision micrometer bases and CMM inspection to hold tight location tolerances.
